These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ChargePlan ("the Service"), operated by ChargePlan (chargeplan.co). By creating an account or using ChargePlan, you agree to these Terms.
ChargePlan is a Tesla vehicle charging scheduler that connects to your Tesla via the Tesla Fleet API and adjusts your vehicle's charging rate so it reaches your target charge level at a specified time. The Service is designed to help you avoid idle fees at public charging stations and optimize your battery management.
You must create an account to use ChargePlan. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use ChargePlan. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement.
ChargePlan accesses your Tesla vehicle through the official Tesla Fleet API with your explicit authorization. By connecting your Tesla you grant ChargePlan permission to:
You can revoke this access at any time. ChargePlan will only send commands to your vehicle according to the schedules you have configured. We are not responsible for vehicle behavior resulting from Tesla API errors, connectivity issues, or changes to Tesla's systems.
ChargePlan offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription at $6.99/month, billed through the Apple App Store.
Billing and cancellation. Your subscription is managed by Apple. You can cancel at any time through iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free tier. All billing inquiries and refund requests must be directed to Apple — ChargePlan has no ability to issue refunds for App Store purchases.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

ChargePlan is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scheduling commands will always be delivered to your vehicle successfully.
Tesla vehicle behavior is subject to Tesla's own systems, connectivity, and software. ChargePlan is not affiliated with Tesla, Inc. and cannot guarantee outcomes related to your vehicle's operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChargePlan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to vehicle damage, missed charging schedules, idle fees incurred, or data loss.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction where ChargePlan operates.
